Here’s a breakdown of what you need to know about the DIY program:

DIY service provides a digital Design Plan to include:
- Mood board
- Floor plan and furniture layout
- Paint, material and furnishing options
- Detailed resource list of items
In addition to the Design Plan, the DIY service also consists of a Preparatory Consultation* (30 minutes to one hour, depending on the package) to discuss the project and any details or questions the client may want to go over. Also included is a Completion Consultation (30 minutes to one hour) to discuss the Design Plan and any details or follow up questions the client may have once the finished Design Plan has been received.**
What we need from you:
- Photos of your space (If you have an open floor plan or would like us to take attached spaces into consideration please include relevant images of those spaces as well)
- Measurements – overall room and of any furniture you would like to keep
- Inspiration ideas – magazine pages, favorite colors, favorite furniture or art that you own or want to purchase
- Specific needs of the space – how it will function, who will use it etc.
- An approximate budget
Pricing:
- Living room package 550.00
- Dining room package 550.00
- Bedroom package 550.00
- Kitchen package 500.00
- Bathroom package 400.00
- Powder room package 300.00
- Entry/Hallway package 300.00
Entire House Package - discounted price for three or more rooms.
Extra Consultation Time - (via phone, however, this option is only available once design package has been purchased) – $45.00 per hour.
Lead Time – Approximately 4 weeks per room.
Payment – Received in-full, via check or Paypal, before design work begins
Completion – With a Preparatory Consultation, a fully developed Design Plan, and a Completion Consultation we have no doubt we will achieve a successful outcome. It is important to note we do not offer refunds once the package has been received. However, we are dedicated to providing value and making clients happy with the final design.
Note- If interested, other professional services are available to you, outside of the individual packages, for an additional cost. For example:
- Access to To-the-Trade Only Showrooms
- Kitchen package equipment/appliance options
- Custom furniture and lighting designs
